Master Your Minerals (Digital Course)

Master Your Minerals is a self-paced digital educational program. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all course purchases are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact me at lacy@lacedinwellness.com and I will work to resolve the issue promptly.

HTMA Interpretation

HTMA Interpretation includes professional review, analysis, and personalized educational recommendations.

Because work begins shortly after your order is placed, all HTMA Interpretation purchases are non-refundable once your hair sample has been received or interpretation has begun.

If you decide not to submit your sample before any work has started, please contact me to discuss your options.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching is a personalized service with limited client availability.

Payments for coaching are non-refundable.

If you choose to discontinue coaching before completing your agreed-upon program, remaining payments will continue according to your signed Coaching Agreement unless otherwise specified in writing.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Functional Lab Testing

Laboratory testing fees are non-refundable once an order has been submitted to the laboratory.

Refunds cannot be issued for completed testing or shipped collection kits.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe an error has occurred with your purchase or there are exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, I am committed to resolving concerns fairly whenever possible.
